CHEESE AND BROCCOLI SOUP

1 1/4 CUP TEAYS VALLEY COUNTRY GRAVY MIX

1 LARGE HEAD BROCCOLI CUT IN FLORETS

2 TBS BUTTER OR MARGARINE

1/2 CUP CHOPPED CELERY

1/2 CUP CHOPPED ONION

1 1/4 CUP CHICKEN BROTH

1 CUP SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE 

::Directions::

In a 3 quart saucepan cook margarine, broccoli, celery and onion until tender. Stirring occasionally. Stir in gravy, broth and cheese until well blended. Heat to a boil, then reduce to low, cover and simmer 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender.

CREAM OF POTATO SOUP

1 PACKAGE TEAYS VALLEY COUNTRY GRAVY MIX

1 CUP CELERY

1 CUP ONION CHOPPED

2 TBS BUTTER OR MARGARINE

3 1/2 CUPS WATER

6 MEDIUM POTATOES CUBED

1 CUP MILK

1/2 CUP COLD WATER

SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE

::Directions::

In a 3 quart saucepan, over medium heat, place margarine, celery and onions. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender. Add 3 1/2 cups water, milk, potatoes, salt and pepper. Bring to boil. Stir or shake Teays Valley Country Gravy Mix with 1/2 cup cold water. Add to boiling mixture and stir. Reduce heat, cover and simmer until potaotes are tender. 

COUNTRY STEAK & GRAVY

1 PACKAGE TEAYS VALLEY COUNTRY GRAVY MIX

1 TO 1 1/2 POUND CUBE STEAK 

2 TBS ONION FLAKES

2 OZ. JAR MUSHROOMS DRAINED

::Directions::

Fill the bottom of a baking dish with cube steak. Prepare Teays Valley Country Gravy Mix as directed on the back of package. Add onion flakes and mushrooms to gravy, if desired, and stir. Pour gravy mixture over steak. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

CHICKEN & BROCCOLI CASSEROLE

1 PACKAGE TEAYS VALLEY COUNTRY GRAVY MIX

1 PACKAGE TEAYS VALLEY BISCUIT MIX

1/4 CUP CHOPPED ONION

DASH OF CURRY POWDER

1/4 CUP MAYONNAISE

1 1/2 TSP WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE

1 CUP BROCCOLI CHOPPED

2 CUPS COOKED DICED CHICKEN

1/2 CUP GRATED CHEESE

::Directions::

Prepare Teays Valley Country Gravy Mix as directed on back of package. Remove from heat and add onion, curry powder, mayonnaise and Worcestershire Sauce, stirring after each addition. Place chicken into casserole dish, add gravy mixture and stir. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove from oven. Sprinkle grated cheese over top. Place biscuits on top.

::Topping::

1/2 Cup Sour Cream; 1 Egg, 1 tsp. Celery Seed.

Mix together, spoon over biscuits and bake for another 30 minutes.
